Located conveniently on Wulff Road, just east of Montrose Ave, we offer a dedicated heavy bag area, studio equipped with weights and other equipment, and a covered outdoor ring and a jogging path.  Regardless of what your goal is, we are fully equipped to help your boxing or fitness goals.
